If you buy one thing as a luxe treat from Jo Malone, I highly recommend you look at the Jo Malone Dry Body Oils as they are seriously incredible.
From the 'Intense' range, there are 3-Dark Amber and Ginger Lily, Oud and Bergamot and I was given Velvet Rose and Oud as a gift (thank you Andrew and Carole!) post surgery recovery.
The oil itself is encased in a heavy black glass spray bottle, making it not only gorgeous in the bathroom but easy to use. The texture is incredible, the oil absorbs immediately, leaving a beautiful sheen on the skin. Skin feels baby soft but not oily and you can dress immediately afterwards. I have always thought oils are quite messy but because of the light texture and spray pump I prefer this over a body creme.
And the scent...nothing short of incredible. Damask Rose and Oud, it's sweet without being at all cloying. It has a hint of praline and is sensual and sexy without overpowering.
I really love everything about it and am hoping Santa might bring me the Dark Amber and Ginger Lily for Xmas (I have been a very good girl). This is a fantastic gift for someone special or even better, for yourself!
