Heathrow Haul!

I love duty free!  Especially UK duty free.  Heathrow Terminal 5 is THE best duty free I have ever been in but that's British Airways flights only and I fly home to Dubai with Emirates so Heathrow T3 is where I depart from.  Here's what I picked up on my way home from London.

First a couple of bits from Origins.  There never seems to be anyone on the Origins counter in this terminal so it was self service and I picked up the Make A Difference + lotion and cream.  This range seems to get a lot of beauty bloggers love so I am excited to try it.

I seem to have an inability to go shopping and not buy a lipstick so I picked up Burberry Lip Cover in Cameo which is a shade my friend Martyne from Going The Extra Style and I have been lusting over for what seems like forever.  There was one left in duty free.  It was fate.  How beautiful are Burberry lipsticks?  That design on the bullet and that magnetic snap as the lid closes.  Lushness.

A couple more skincare bits, the newly formulated Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair which seems to be getting tons of kudos since the reformulation and a product I had never heard of called Beauty Sleep by YSL that I saw in Danielle's bathroom when I was staying there.  I asked her what it was like.  Her response was 'it stings'.  'Brilliant' I thought-that must mean it has glycolic acid in (I am obsessed with this wonderstuff) and promptly picked up one for myself.  This is a 'radiance revealing concentrate' that can be used as a night moisturisor, after long flights or to mimic a good nights sleep which is something I rarely get these days.  It's great for dehydrated and dry skin and can be used all over the face or to target specific dry areas.  And yes it does contain glycolic!

Finally make-up wise I picked up the Diorshow lash plumping serum.  I have wanted this for the longest time as a lash primer to bulk up lashes before mascara.  I loved the Mac version then hated the Lancome version so lets see how this one measures up!

Finally, if you ever come to visit me in Dubai you'll be welcomed with open arms if you pick up the following sweet treats from duty free-my all time faves!

This is the last of my haul posts from my recent trip home to the UK-you can read my Charlotte Tilbury, Space NK, Selfridges and Boots hauls by clicking on each link.  Can't wait to go home at Christmas although I'll be 'up North' in the sticks with my family rather than in London-am sure mum and I will sneak off to Manchester for the day though and there is always the magic of online shopping!
